hello! it has romantic elements more than being strictly romance as it's mainly a horror story, and both relationships are M/M !
Thought there was a trans guy in this? Is it a cis guy with top surgery scars? (Those do exist!)
yes the protagonist is a trans guy, the other characters are a cis guys and a male dragon!
the relationships featured both center the trans guy + one of the other two.
